This is so, because genuine innovation is voluntary (spontaneous flow of the heart) and attraction towards some specifics of an environment.

The Knowledge Habitat model is a 7-layer meta design predicated to the creation of a resilient, adaptable, and scalable innovation ecosystem.

Layer 2 of the model is concerned with cruicial aim of talent attraction, talent hosting and talent development. Towards the objective of successfully attracting world class talent, the knowledge habitat system design is anchored on the application of first principles from complex adaptive systems: multi-agency, internal models, self-organization, simple rules, aggergation, feedback loops, minimal intervention and steering for maximal support. It features parallel principles from ecology (niches and niche formations); stigmergic systems: hives and hive building, division of labor, foraging on source input, cross-polination; collaboration, synchrony and rythm through the use of calenedar, etc. It also borrows insights from social geography and social norms; psychology of human motivation, team dynamics.
